Well my white counts finally tanked. So much for doing so well. Remember last week when the Doc said "your doing great, your counts are doing great" Lets keep you on this forever!!!
My white counts were 3.3 - normal range is between 4.6 and 10.2. This last chemo will make them go lower over the next week. I was told to take my temp every day, and if I get any spike at all to call his office, and he could admit me to the hospital...
I went to return something at the store today, home depot, and started to worry about the stuff I touch. I am far from a germ a phobe... drove my ex crazy who was one. I'm one of those 10 second rule people....but now I freak when someone around me coughs or sneezes.
But I now have a reason to fear public places and germs, because if I get an infection my body can't fight it....
Guess I'll just have to stay home over the holiday! not such a bad thing I need my rest anyway.
